Mrs.GreenGuardian Pageant Terms & Conditions
The official rules and regulations of Mrs. GreenGuardian are as follows:
To be eligible to compete in Mrs. GreenGuardian India, a participant must read and abide by the following
rules and regulations:
1. Registration costs are ₹ 1999.00, and the chosen finalist fees are ₹ 59,999 + GST, which includes all lodging (T&C*).
If you are chosen as a finalist, your registration fee and grooming costs are non-refundable. The right to change the event venue or extend the date rests with the organizers. The applicant is unable to make any claims.
2. The organizers' decisions are final and enforceable against the applicant in the event of a dispute. The quantity of entries determines the deadlines. The judges' judgment is final. If false information is found before, during, or after participation, the participant will be disqualified.
3. There are no refunds or part-transfers for any money paid to the pageant. If the organizers decide to cancel the event, only the refund (without any promotional costs) will be issued following a verified press release note.
4. Finalists are not allowed to withdraw or withdraw after being chosen as finalists and paying the finalist fee; in that event, they will not be reimbursed and would face disciplinary action for misleading the organization.
5. Should you be chosen as a finalist; the grooming fees and registration cost are non-refundable.
6. The organizers are able to modify the event venue or extend the date. The applicant is unable to make any claims.
7. The applicant was born in India and is an Indian citizen or lawful resident. The candidate may be single, separated, widowed, divorced, or married with or without children. The applicant cannot have appeared in any photos, videos, or films that are connected to any form of nudity or pornography, nor will she do so while serving as queen. Furthermore, she has never engaged in, nor is she currently engaged in, any job that requires full or partial nudity.
8. The candidate must adhere to the specified timetable and participate in a disciplined and conscientious way at all times. For whatever cause, the organizers assume no liability for any delays or non-receipt of applications.
9. The applicant acknowledges and accepts that any wrongdoing, derogatory remarks, or misrepresentation of oneself or other participants in any way—verbally, in writing, or by actions—will automatically result in disqualification. If false information is found before, during, or after participation, the participant will be disqualified.
10. Any loss or physical harm that the applicant sustains as a result of attending the event is not the organizers' fault. The candidate agrees to participate at her own personal risk and responsibility.
